All bookings are free of additional fees. We accept all major credit/debit cards (except Amex). We no longer accept personal cheques.
Tickets can be sent by email for use on a mobile device free of charge. Postage is available for advance booking of tickets only and the charge for this is £1 per order. All customers with a valid mobile number on their account will also have tickets sent to their smart phone.
BOX OFFICE OPENING HOURS:
Our Box Office is open Monday to Saturday, 10am – 6pm.
Our Box Office telephone lines are open Monday to Saturday, 11am- 5pm.
CAFE/BAR:
Our cafe-bar service operates Tuesday – Saturday, 11am – 4pm with a later finish on days when we have performances.
RESERVATIONS:
As standard, tickets can be reserved for 3 days, in which time payment must be received. If your performance takes place within 3 days, then we are unable to reserve tickets for you and payment must be made immediately.
CONCESSIONS:
We have reviewed and simplified our pricing policy, scrapping concession types and now offer customers the opportunity to choose what to pay from three different price point options.
GROUP BOOKING:
Groups may be eligible for discounts upon booking– contact our Box Office for further information.
