IN PERSON: Please telephone or book online – the Box Office is currently closed to the public.

In person, telephone and online bookings are free of booking fees and we accept the following card types: Delta; Electron; Maestro; Mastercard; Visa and Visa Debit. To help us remain responsive to the developing situation with regard to COVID-19, we have taken the decision to suspend the postage of tickets until further notice. We no longer accept personal cheques.

BOX OFFICE OPENING HOURS:

The Box Office is currently closed to the public but will be staffed Mon – Fri, (excl. bank holidays) with phone lines open between 10am and 6pm on each of these days.

If you are looking to speak to someone within the organisation, you can leave a message on our voicemail – messages will be checked in the morning daily, alternatively you can visit our website at tron.co.uk

RESERVATIONS:

Tickets can be reserved for three days without payment.  Tickets reserved three days prior to the performance will be held up until 1 hour before the performance starts.  Please note if we do not receive payment within this period we will release your tickets for general sale.

CONCESSIONS:

Concession rates apply to: Children (under 16 or over 16 in full-time education); Students; Senior Citizens; Jobseekers Allowance, Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment and Employment & Support Allowance recipients; Young Scot Card holders; and members of Equity, BECTU, Stage Directors UK, the Scottish Society of Playwrights and the Musician’s Union.  Concessions are subject to availability and proof of entitlement must be shown when purchasing or collecting tickets, otherwise the difference will be charged.

GROUP BOOKING:

Groups may be eligible for discounts upon booking– contact our Box Office for further information. Group bookings over 10 can be held without full payment for up to two weeks after booking. A deposit of 10% will be charged.
