Duty Manager – Café/Bar

Tron Theatre are seeking to hire a Duty Manager for its Audience Operations department. This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of the UK’s leading producing and receiving theatres. This is a casual contract position with a shift-based work schedule that varies based on the company’s needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Café/Bar area, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that all the necessary procedures for our daytime café/bar, pre and post performances are executed flawlessly. You will also be responsible for managing staff, coordinating events, contributing to the development, implementation and managing of food menus, and troubleshooting while providing a high level of service to all customers. In addition, you will have strong customer service, administrative and management skills, an interest in the arts, hospitality, and technology, and support the Head of Audience Operations to make a positive contribution to the development of the department and organisation, to ensure the success of the business.
