Sous Chef

The Tron Theatre is looking to appoint a Sous Chef to be part of the catering team at Tron Theatre’s Bar & Kitchen. Shift patterns for this role are variable and will average at 25 – 35 hours per week. Pay is commensurate with experience.

The Sous Chef will be expected to work alongside the Head Chef to enhance the reputation of the Tron’s catering operation, ensuring the highest possible standards of kitchen hygiene and contributing towards maximising the net profit within the general policies of the Tron Theatre.

It is essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of Environmental Health and Health and Safety requirements. The successful candidate will also display excellent organisational and communication skills.
