Making work over the past year has been tough. Who knows where Scotland will be by June, we may be coming out of Covid or we may have to still adapt our working practices to work alongside it for a little longer. Either way, Production Manager Fi Fraser has seen it all and has been making work happen safely throughout including outdoor work and productions restaged for screen. In this online workshop Fi will take participants through best practice in creating and safe and comfortable working space in response to changing restrictions and how to plan accordingly.

If you have specific questions about your project, Fi is also offering one-to-one sessions on Thursday 17 and Tuesday 22 June.

Fi is an award-winning production manager with extensive experience managing all technical and production aspects of a wide range of live performances. With the expertise to turn almost any venue into a performance space, Fi is production manager for Imaginate Children’s Festival. She has production managed for Grid Iron since 2001, managing over 22 productions and has worked with Vanishing Point since 2009. Fi has worked on three Covid-free projects during Covid-19; Field, Something for the Future Now (Curious Seed at Holyrood Park), Take A Seat, with a collective of Theatre Designers for the Envelope Room and The Royal Lyceum Theatre and most recently Lament For Sheku Bayoh (The National Theatre of Scotland & The Royal Lyceum Theatre).
