We are delighted to be welcoming the award-winning ThickSkin to the Tron Theatre for a three day residency in September focusing on movement, physical theatre and devising. This is a unique opportunity to learn intensively from ThickSkin’s Founder and Artistic Director Neil Bettles, and collaborator Amy Kennedy as they delve into the company’s ethos and practice.

The residency will take place from 7th – 9th September, 10.30am – 5.30pm in the Changing House. Participants must be available for all three days and must be prepared to run around and take part in movement-based tasks, including contact work.

This residency is aimed at artists with a good understanding of devising and physical theatre. Successful applicants will not have to pay to attend the residency.

Key dates for the ThickSkin residency:

• Applications open: Monday July 10th (9am)
• Applications close: Friday August 4th (5pm)
• Artists will hear back: Tuesday August 15th
