Café/Bar Assistant (6 positions)

Tron Theatre are seeking to hire 6 Café/Bar Assistants for its Audience Operations department. This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of the UK’s leading producing and receiving theatres. This is a casual contracted position, with shifts allocated based on the company’s needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving food and drinks to our customers, ensuring their comfort, providing exceptional service to our customers, managing sales, replenishing stock, and ensuring the smooth operation of the café/bar area. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and while an enthusiasm for the arts is desirable, it is not essential, making this role accessible to individuals from various backgrounds. You’ll be working alongside a team of talented individuals who share a love for the creative world. This is a chance to join a dynamic organisation that is dedicated to promoting and supporting the arts in our community.
