Join Disaster Plan Artistic Directors Julia Taudevin and Kieran Hurley for a workshop exploring collaborative approaches to writing and creating text for performance.
Kieran and Julia are both award-winning in their own rights and have been creating theatre together for over a decade. Over the course of this workshop, they will share examples of the exercises and approaches that have worked well for them in the past, as they explore the possibilities and challenges involved in collaboration and co-writing in the creation of new work.
Kieran Hurley and Julia Taudevin are co-Artistic Directors of Disaster Plan. Kieran’s writing credits for theatre include Heads Up (Show And Tell), Mouthpiece (Traverse), and The Enemy (National Theatre of Scotland). Julia’s writing credits for theatre include Blow Off (Traverse), Mrs Barbour’s Daughters (Òran Mór Tron), and Move (Disaster Plan). Together they have co-written Chalk Farm (Thickskin).
