Richard Brown is an award-winning Scottish comic whose dark wit and pithy observation have made his name on the scene. Nominated for Best New Comedian at the Scottish Variety Awards 2016, Richard is a member of the Scottish Comedy Award winning collective CHUNKS, a group of alternative comedians running a monthly event that does everything a regular comedy night can't, won't and shouldn't do.
“…a ruthless and angst-fuelled set with clever, impactful writing.” **** The Wee Review
“Dark, clever, thoughtful and bleak. This is a standup set that any thinking comedy fan needs to see.” - **** Fringe Monkey
Your Aunt Fanny
Aunt Fanny is an all-female comedy sketch group made up of young women from the North East of England. Our gigs vividly capture a night out on the town, with your wildest, oldest, filthiest friend. Ultimately, Your Aunt Fanny believe that nothing is out of bounds and encourage the outrageous and thoroughly inappropriate wherever possible.
‘You’ll leave this show with that rare glowing feeling from not only laughing so hard you’re sore, but also witnessing the beginning of something special, and potentially classic.’ Leigh Venus, NARC Magazine
