A practical workshop exploring the premise of ‘Mental’, winner of the first Mental Health Fringe Award. In this workshop participants will work how to approach subjects which are rarely openly talked about, tackle and question it with stories, humour, pathos, physicality and song. Participants will leave with practical techniques for exploring mental health and personal experience through performance, and ultimately to encourage people to talk.
