Creative freelance producers and theatremakers can often find themselves getting overwhelmed and over excited by a great idea (or ten) and unsure how to realise them in the current state of funding, life and the world. This group workshop explores how you can unpick the challenges and take time for yourself to move back from panic. We will look at tools to focus on your aspirations, your passions, and the steps to take to avoid returning to overwhelm. Chris is a freelance coach and event producer also juggling too many projects and ideas. Together let's look at challenges and personal solutions/practice.
Chris Grady is a coach and facilitator/mentor to theatre companies, theatremakers and creatives. Based in Edinburgh he works with artists and theatre projects around the world. He helps to make connections between an idea and reality, two creatives who need to know each other, or two organisations that could collaborate. He's previously run theatres, created festivals, and started the MA in Creative Producing at Mountview.
