20th March 2020
Offered in collaboration with Cultured Mongrel, Federation of Scottish Theatre and Creative Scotland
Are you a stage manager, producer, artistic director or have a responsibility to safeguard those working within theatre?
Are you interested in learning more about how an Intimacy Coordinator can support those working with intimacy, sexual content, and nudity on stage?
Join us as we hear from Ita O’Brien, founder of the Intimacy On Set Guidelines and internationally acclaimed Intimacy Coordinator as she discusses the importance of intimacy coordination, her experience, the need to train the next generation of intimacy coordinators and how your role contributes to the safeguarding of those working with intimacy, sexual content and nudity on stage.
Ita will be joined by a panel of specialists working with consent and safe spaces to discuss
how the Scottish Theatre Sector can ensure safe working practice is at the heart of the work we make.
This will follow on from a two day workshop delivered by Ita to help introduce Intimacy Direction to artists in Scotland
