Tron Creative presents
Creating AWOL

with Jess Williams and Jonnie Riordan

AWOL is the first in a new series of micro-productions by ThickSkin, known as Matchbox Plays. These bite-sized performances celebrate emerging talent and help to get people involved in theatre through innovative outreach activities. Each Matchbox play is created as a spin-off to our mainstage work and accompanied by physical devising workshops.

As a pilot for Matchbox we are inviting Tron MAKER members to collaborate with ThickSkin's team and perform as part of AWOL. In this four-hour workshop you will explore new devising skills and experiment with physicality, leading to presenting your work within the show that evening.

AWOL is a highly physical, fast paced, multimedia story of escape and new beginnings.

More information about AWOL can be found here.

To book email creative@tron.co.uk

*Participants must be available to watch the performance of AWOL on Thursday 30 may at 8pm, attend the workshop on Friday afternoon and to perform as part of the performance on Friday evening.

A ticket for AWOL on Thursday 30 May is included in this booking.
