This event occurred in the past. It is no longer possible to book tickets.
An opportunity for solo artists, producers, small companies and those who are theatre makers to explore their journey to make a project happen. You may have many ideas, be stuck, or need focus. CGO Surgeries aim to offer you a chance to explore the goals that you have for your theatre making, some steps to take to make it happen, and some tools to keep you focussed and supported.
Artists/Theatre makers may arrive confused, unsure, overwhelmed. By the end of 50 minutes we hope you will go away with some clear action points, some useful life-coach tools for your own use, some focus on your ideas and maybe some new inspirations.
Chris Grady is a coach and facilitator/mentor to theatre companies, theatre makers and creatives. Based in Edinburgh he works with artists and theatre projects around the world. He helps to make connections between an idea and reality, or two creatives who need to know each other, or two organisations that could collaborate. He's previously run theatres, created festivals, and started the MA in Creative Producing at Mountview. London.
