Presented by Dogstar Theatre
‘A wild roving comedy…'
Herald
"…This raggedy comic bender around the Highlands has a lot going for it. The all-female cast are charismatic and mad for it…. and Haggis, as played by an on-form Sarah Haworth, is a worthy successor to the Big Yin...”
The List
“…a Scottish One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest without the sanity - certainly worth seeing…”
Edinburghguide.com
"...oodles of original comedy, bizarre characters, and a welcome worldview with a Caithnessian slant…”
Highland News
Selling his soul and his Highland roots, Haggis McSporran has become a King of Comedy amoung the fleshpots of London. He returns to Scotland, uprooted, homogenised and clean out of drugs. Perhaps his old pal Craitur Face, Granny's cancer cure and a visit to Crag Dunain Mental Hospital might help. Along the way, they meet the Loch Ness monster and prevent Uncle Angus from invading England (again!)
Henry Adam's scintillating new comedy from the Scottish Highlands sits on the edge of Europe - and sanity. With live music and tremendous craic, it's directed by Matthew Zajac, Fringe First Winner and 2009 CATS Best Actor for The Tailor of Inverness.
