Did you know the average human heart will beat approximately 3 billion times in its lifetime? The heart needs care and attention to ensure the beats are distributed just as fate intended, especially through what humans call 'the adolescent years'.
That's where the Ministry comes in. The beat checkers job to guide unsuspecting young hearts through their teenage years. But what happens if the person you fall for doesn't notice you even when you're staring them in the face ...?
